Personal Life Coaching

Appointments can be carried out face-to-face or by telephone. Ideally, on a weekly basis initially, although appointments can be tailored to individual need:

Initial 30 minute "no obligation" session	Free of charge

Individual session 45 minutes-1 hour duration	£50

Block booking of 4 sessions, payable at first session	£180

Confidence Programme

All appointments are face-to-face only:

Initial 30 minute "no obligation" session	Free of charge

6 x 2 hour sessions or 12 x 1 hour sessions	£500
	staged payments can be arranged

Individual session 45 minutes-1 hour duration	£50

NB Individual sessions can be booked and paid for at £50 per session, but for best results the full Confidence Programme is recommended.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT	£50 per session

Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP	£50 per session

Cancellation of appointments requires 24 hours notice or full fee will be charged.

Zest for Life Confidence Workshop

Prices vary according to location for this one day workshop, however all include a workbook, refreshments and lunch
