Life 4 Living Coaching is pleased to deliver workshops ranging from 1 hour to a full day. As well as running courses independently for groups of individuals they can be tailored to suit specific organisational needs.

Zest for Life Confidence Workshops

When was the last time you had a whole day to yourself, where you were able to focus totally on you and have the time and space to determine what it is you really want to do with your life and actually know that you are capable of achieving it? Well, now's your chance!

As well as the one to one Confidence Programme I am privileged to offer you the option of a one day "Zest for Life" Confidence Workshop as one of the few personally trained Dawn Breslin Group Trainers in the country. This is an amazing journey of self discovery which will not only raise your self-esteem and self confidence but will leave you feeling truly energised and in control of your life.

My aim is to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience, that's why the days approach is gentle where you will be with like minded people who won't judge you and will encourage you to find the answers you hold within. The day is about helping you to understand why you feel the way you do at the moment and show you how to move your life forward in the way you choose and most of all to have fun.

The Workshop covers the following main areas:

  1. Ascertaining exactly what you think about yourself good and bad.
  2. Techniques to focus on good thoughts and eliminate negative ones.
  3. Teach understanding as to how events earlier in life (possibly childhood) have affected how you think and feel about what you are capable of today.
  4. Teach techniques to put the past where it belongs and move forward.
  5. Use of a visualisation (relaxation) exercise to enable you to tap into you creativity and unlock your potential. Giving you permission to dream and ascertain exactly what is important in your life.
  6. Identifying your individual strengths and weaknesses.
  7. Establishing what your “Ideal” relationship, job, hobby & health would be.
  8. Setting realistic goals for your future with steps to make this achievable.
